Collaboration is a key aspect of ShareSpaces, allowing users to invite others who are also utilizing the platform to work together on whiteboards across multiple devices. This functionality enables side-by-side collaboration, enhancing the productivity of group projects.

With the Presentation Mode feature, users can effectively present their whiteboards during meetings. Control over what attendees view on their devices allows for a guided exploration of research findings, ideas, or project presentations.

The platform’s collaborative capabilities are further enhanced by its unique multi-screen sharing functionality. Transitioning from individual work to team projects is seamless; simply select team members' names in the sharing dialog or export whiteboards as ShareSpaces project files for distribution via email or AirDrop.

Conveniently, ShareSpaces automatically saves each whiteboard session, enabling users to resume exactly where they left off. Additionally, there is the option to print whiteboards directly from the application.

Privacy remains under user control in ShareSpaces; whiteboards reside locally on the iPad until the user opts to share them with others in the area.
